Things are heating up in the Guthrie family, and Aaron Guthrie isn’t backing down! With a little sibling rivalry brewing, Aaron is ready to challenge his brother Bryon to see who’s really cut out for the show ring in this year’s Showing with the Stars fundraiser at the Harlan County Fair!
Aaron has been serving both Harlan County and the United States nearly his entire life. After 22 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Navy Chief, Aaron returned home and kept right on giving back.

Manager at S&W Auto Parts in Alma
Commander of the Alma American Legion Post 118
EMT, Firefighter & Training Officer for the Alma Fire Department
EMT Instructor for Central Community College
Basically, if something needs fixing, organizing, rescuing, or teaching—Aaron’s your guy.
He and his wife Brenda live in Alma, where Aaron’s passion for service keeps him running all over the county. But now, there’s a new challenge on the table: stepping into the 4H arena to show some livestock. Cattle, goats, pigs, sheep... doesn’t matter. He’s not letting Bryon steal the spotlight without a fight!
