Give a big cheer for Kenton, one of this year’s awesome fundraiser participants for the Harlan County Fair! Whether he’s rolling up his sleeves at the show ring or keeping the community green and growing, Kenton brings hands-on heart to everything he does.
Kenton and his wife Erin moved back to the Orleans area in 2013. Together, they co-own and operate TwoPturf, keeping lawns lush and landscapes sharp across the region.
Kenton is one of the biggest supporters of the Harlan County Fair. As an active Fair Board member, he’s a regular fixture around the grounds, whether he's helping behind the scenes, wrangling livestock traffic near the show ring, or just making sure things run smoothly during fair week.
Kenton and Erin stay busy chasing their three active kids—Kyler, Kolbie, and Korver—who keep them on their toes year-round with school, sports, and community activities. Somehow, Kenton still finds time to give back in meaningful ways.
Now he’s stepping into a whole new kind of arena—this time, maybe face to face with a goat or sheep—all in the name of raising funds for the fair and having some lighthearted fun along the way.
Let’s show Kenton some love and support as he represents what the Harlan County spirit is all about: family, community, and a willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed!
