Meet Mitch Schultz: The Man Who’s Got Big Boots to Fill
Mitch Schultz has some seriously big boots to fill after his wife, Dani, raised the MOST money at last year’s Showing with the Stars fundraiser. No pressure, Mitch, but your wife is kind of a fundraising legend. But don’t worry, Mitch is up to the challenge—and he’s got the corn, soybeans, and cattle on the family farm to prove it. If you need someone who knows how to grow things, Mitch is your guy.
When he's not working on the farm, Mitch can be found at his kids' sports games or dirt bike races. Mitch’s kids, Mikah (a junior at Southern Valley) and Maddex (a 7th grader), keep him running all over the place, but don’t think for a second he’s complaining. In fact, he wouldn’t have it any other way.
His wife teaches pre-K at Southern Valley, where she’s shaping the next generation of little geniuses. It’s safe to say, with a family like this, the Schultz crew is all about raising the next generation, working hard, and maybe sneaking in a cold one after a busy day.
