Meet Tyler Schmidt: Who is that mysterious man behind the mug?
You might know him as Jill Schmidt’s husband (but we’ll claim him as one of our own here in Harlan). Tyler might spend a good chunk of time helping out in other counties, but he's truly one of us. While he might not rock the iconic mustache like Sheriff Becker or have the towering presence of Chief Deputy Langley, Tyler’s been making his mark in the community for the past 15 years through his dedication to Troopin'.
Tyler’s world revolves around his two energetic kiddos, Hudson and Oliver, and of course, his amazing wife, Jill. Between stock shows, sports, Camp Joy, and everything else in between, they keep the Schmidt family on the go. But Tyler wouldn't have it any other way!
Harlan holds a special place in his heart as it’s the area his grandparents called home, and now, it’s his turn to give back to the community.
